What do you mean by sick? What are your symptoms?

Have you been to the doctor about this? If this has been going on this long, it's probably a medical issue. It could be a hormone imbalance--for example, hypothyroidism can make you feel very tired even with a lot of sleep, muscle and joint aches, digestive problems (especially constipation), hoarse voice, weight gain, etc. It's easily fixed with thyroid hormone pills. It is also possible that an infection is causing your problem. For example, people can have chronic sinus infections for years if they aren't treated and that can cause tiredness and cold-like symptoms. Again, it depends on your symptoms.

You should make an appointment to see your doctor. Make a list of all your symptoms, how long you've been having each of them, their severity, and anything that makes them better or worse. Show it to the doctor at the appointment. If you take any medications or drugs (over-the-counter or recreational, even if it's just occasional), you need to tell your doctor because those could be a factor. Good luck. I hope you feel better very soon.
