Hi chilly2349u5.....No, its not a sickness, but when your young sometimes it seems like there is nowhere to hide...You have your thoughts, but nobody really is interested and it seems like you live in never, neverland...You want to grow up and it seems like eons away....One day flows into the next and they don't change...Honey, get a hobby...Find something interesting to take your mind off of life...This way you can leave this valley of confusion and get lost in your own world...I send you my best wishes for a happy life...Take care...

reply to confusion and sickness
It's not a sickness, it's life. We have all been there and someone says they haven't then they are lying. Just hang in there and take 20-30 minutes a day to just do something you like to do. It could be taking a bath, a nap, watching a show, or reading a magazine. If you have people offering to help then try to let them. Today is the first day I am letting one of the grandmother's of my daughter babysit to give me a break. Usually my mom watches her for about an hour when I have a class to go to but today I just needed a break. I am having separation anxiety but I know my daughter will be ok. It is just something I have to deal with. Your confusion is normal. Just keep your head up and try to take a little time for yourself if you can. Best wishes.

I've had a lot of that myself Chilly, since I was young. It took me forever to catch up with my mind, and finally when I did they diagnosed me Bipolar. I am still trying to get assessed for ADD because my attention span is null or momentary but I think a correct diagnosis would help a lot. Talk to your doctor, tell them what you just said in here. I went in to see my doc a few weeks ago, because I couldn't take it anymore and I felt it coming on and I had to do something. They'll know what to do and probably send you in the right direction to getting proper help. I'm cheering for you!
