coffee I get constant yeast growth and I cant take it. I have these gross infections over and over the discharge is a real problem and the smell is even worse. People are actually whispering about it when I'm in public. I dont have sex ever (I dont like it) so thats not why. I bathe in baby powder after I shower because I smell so bad down there. My friend Kristy said I should not shower so much like her and that I may be causing it with the depends I wear. (wear these bwecause I'm afraid of tampons they hurt and pads arent big enough). So any advice on what to do this is horrible.

Putting baby powder on your vagina doesn't really solve the problem-- I don't see how that would really help either.

How often do you shower? You shouldn't have to put any special attention when washing your vagina. Just a quick wash with water or plain unscented soap around the outside.

Infection
This could be a bacterial infection...beyond yeast. Baby powder only makes it worse and is also unhealthy for women. Bsby powder is like asbestos to the vagina and babies if inhaled. N e ways there is no over the counter cure they will only make it worse and cause the infection to be harder to cure. Go to your obgyn. He/She will prescribe something to clean it right up. I had a friend delt with 2 years. Only because she did not take my advice from the beginning. Terconzole suppositories may work and if they aren't stong enough they may give you and oral medicine Diflucan (fluconazole) may work. But these are both prescription only. The infection has already taken it place. You can not wash it away. Hope this helps.
