Q: Constant urge to pee

Im 22 years old and I always feel like I have to Pea. I have seen a doctor already and they did and altursound of my bladder and it showed that I empty it everytime. But i still am getting the feeling of having to go all the time can you help me???

try making times for your self and hold it till that time and then your brain will prgramm it for example have a peeing time every 5 hours so your brain will reprogramme it self.
