This doesnt have to do with a sleeping disorder, but I think I might have really bad overtiredness. Let me explain my story. My apologies if this doesnt count as the right section.

For the past month and a half, Ive been feeling lightheaded, and Ive been feeling like I was sort of in a dream, overall, not really myself or "clearheaded". My mom thought it was anxiety, and thats what I started to beleive as well, so I started to just stop focusing on it so that the anxiety would pass. I would have periods where I would feel almost completely better, but not quite. I was talking to her about it tonight and I came across something very interesting. I noticed that since this has all started, I constantly feel tired! I feel fatigued all the time, I feel like I could go lie down in my bed at any time of the day, and go to sleep reasonably easy. Im like walking around like a zombie sort of.Im also ALWAYS yawning, HUGE yawns too, haha, at least three times a minute, no joke. I have regular sleep patterns now, I sleep for about 8 hours, but before when this JUST started happening, I had really bad sleeping habits. I have gone to the doctor describing my feeling (I didnt tell him about the constant tiredness) and he said it should go away soon. That was about a month ago, and Im going to see him in about two weeks time.

Im sorry if this sounds dumb, Im not 100% sure this is the right forum, but can someone please help me out? Thanks.

I've had a simmilar issue
I have always run into issues with insomnia, and so naturally I'd attribute the kinds of symptoms you describe to the insomnia... once I got better at dealing with the insomnia, I found that sometimes those issues would persist even though I was sleeping soundly. For me, I found that so long as I was really aggressive with my supplements the symptoms would be minimized or even eliminated... For me I really solved the problem when I heard a radio broadcast touting the benefits to vitamin C, and specifically when it came to large dosages. I started taking 2000 mg of vitamin C per day, and my symptoms went away completely. Naturally you'll want to research this for yourself as you may be having a completely different issue, but I would recommend that you take sleep out of the equation... if you're getting enough, then there's something else going on. You may not be getting enough exercise either, and there's a myriad of things you could potentially try, just be sure to be methodical about it... try something for a week or two, see if it helps, go from there.

Best of Luck to ya!
