When I lay down to go to sleep I hear a sound similar to a low fog horn which appears to be in my brain. It starts and stop and is constant. I never exeripence this when I am not laying down and it is not all the time. ALso, it only occurs in my bedroom as opposed to laying down in my study.

For how long you are experiencing this?
Do you get these sounds only when trying to fall asleep?
Have you noticed that there is a gradual increase in the periods of time when you are not aware of your sounds?
