i have elergy problem from long time,,, so always my life is going with sneezing and flu,, can't breath properly, can't sleep properly always sneezing running nose or blocknose,, don't know what to do,, my GP look like does not know or don't want to help,,, last time she told me to take actified everyday if it working,,, it is working in this way that it stop my running nose and itching in nose but make me so drowsy, my brain stops working,, and now before 2 days i sneezed and some thing happened in my throat it so much pain,, now i can swalow my saliva and every time when i blow my nose my throat hurts so much,, when i am pressing my neck for 2 minuts then the pain calms down. so tell me if some 1 is having any solution for me problems.
