Over the last week or two, I have been constantly feeling uncomfortable around my bladder (just behind it) and felt the need to urinate a lot more than usual, often more than once every hour. I am also recovering from a nasty virus, do you think it could be related to this or is it something else I should be worried about?

I am still getting a good flow of urine however, and I have also been experiencing stomach cramps and a bit of constipation?
