Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum and I've been reading through some of the other posts as well, trying to find a solution to my problem. I've had this constant pressure in my head for the last two weeks, along with occasional throbbing of the temples and eye and an ache by both of my ears that comes and goes. I also have a bit of trouble concentrating on certain things, I feel a bit dizzy at times, vision becomes blurry and I've been feeling very tired lately.

FYI- This actually started two weeks after I stopped working out. Also, I work in front of a computer nearly every day and I do tend to worry and overthink things a lot. Could these headaches be from anxiety or a lack of exercise? I have had no other health issues in the past besides meningitis when I was 8. Please help!
