Q: Constant pain after gallbladder removal

Hi doc. I had my gallblader removed on 19 Oct 2009 and since the op I have had constant pain on my right side under my ribs. It also hurts when I breath in deaply. I have avoiding all bad fats and also still feel nauseas after eating. I also am constantly weak and tired. I have not had a fever. Please can you help as I'm so tired of been sore. I also can sleep on my sides yet it feel as if my insides are falling to the side I lie on. I would rather suffer with my inflammed gallbladder hahaha. Please help doc.
