Hello, I would appreciate any advice or help on my problem.

I have a real problem with my nose and must sneeze about 30-40 times a day. It is especially bad when I go to sleep. I wake up many times during the night (and wake my partner up too!). My nose is constantly blocked or running and I get through so many tissues, a box a week on average.
I get a horrible, irritating feeling in my nose which makes me feel like I am going to sneeze (and normally end up sneezing) and at times I get so fed up with it. It makes me feel like I have hayfever type symptoms and I look like I have a cold.
It really gets me down at times. I have seen my doctor in the past and they have suggested using a nasal spray, which I tried but really stuggled to use.
I am also worried as I have asthma and have to use an inhaler. Both my inhaler and the nasal spray have steroids in them so I am also not keen to use the nasal spray for this reason too.
Any similar experiences to share or advice would be greatly appreciated.
