Constant need to urinate but with no pain?

Recently i have had the constant urge to urinate, the feeling is not urgent however is more of a nagging feeling, when i go to the loo bearly anything comes out, its starting to ruin my life as i need to find a toliet every 20 minutes and the shortest of car journeys takes hours. Anyone have any idea what it is? I have no pain or blood within my urine and it doesnt hurt.

u will probably need to see dr,
how old r u
r u on meds of any kind and how long
look up and figure out if your prostate is enlarged
do some research on urinary problems, bladder control, kegel exercises, flow-max,
check your height, weight, health conditions
