Q: Constant nauseous feeling

for a while I've had symptoms of period even when I'm not on it. I feel like throwing up really badly and don't want to eat for some reason. I know I'm not pregnant because never came near to having sex with a guy let alone kissing one. Could i have a disease thats serious?
