Q: Constant nausea treatment

hi iam 13 and i feel like iam going to throw up about 70% of the time and i go to the nure alot and i when i go home i usally feel better but the next morning i will feel sick again and i last year i almost had to repeat a grade becouse i missed to many days. i usally take a mint or take a pepto can anyone help me plz?

poor dude i feel for you! you sound like one stressed out 13 year old. atarax 25mg helps me 80% of the time. it should be safe for you and should not put you to sleep at school. atarax is an antihistamine with sedative properties. virtually harmless. it should calm you within 15 minutes. try not to let a doctor put you on any type of benzodiazepine! those are for last resort only and will put your life in a fog. your stress and anxiety over nausea are in you and you must learn to control your fears. understand that you are completely normal. never let yourself feel that something is wrong with you. you will move past this phase with time.
