About a month ago I moved in with my vegetarian boyfriend. I don't eat as much meat, and I'm aware that I've had a huge change in my diet. This isn't my main concern. Since I moved in, I've been nauseous on a daily basis. I don't ever get sick, and some days are better than others. I don't understand what it is though. I've changed birth control pills thinking that the type was the issue, but that never helped. I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible, trying to get every food group in my diet... Even meat. But it doesn't seem to work. I don't know what's wrong. Has anyone ever had this before? Does anyone know what could be happening to me? I'm also having slight abdominal pain, but that isn't all the time. It could be something with my digestive system maybe? I really don't know anymore.

My boyfriend cooks a lot of italian food and mexican food because it's pretty much all he can eat. I've been eating a decent amount of fruit, but not so much vegetables... I do eat a lot of cheese though. Almost on a daily basis. I have been having issues going to the bathroom as well. Today I started taking fiber pills and protien water mix. I've been a little less sick feeling today, but it hasn't gone away completely. I just feel extremely unhealthy.

So I guess to answer your question, every day I eat: One or two cheese sticks*, maybe cereal, a fat free yogurt*, light apple sauce*, maybe a sandwhich, or chicken noodle soup, peach or orange*, depending on dinner -- spaghetti, beans, noodles, cheese*, pasta*, or bread... It just depends. But that's pretty much all I eat. As you can tell I'm lacking vegetables and protein.

your eating is fine, so try this; go to vitamin store ask or look around for highest possible culture count probiotics and buy enough to take 100 BILLION daily for 2 weeks; cut 50% x 2 wks, etc till u stay at aprox TEN BILLION daily and see if your problems don't just go away.
drink tap water NEVER PURIFIED WATER
best wishes to u and bf
