My daughter is seventeen years old. She is constantly complaining she is nauseous to the point it is hard for her to go to school, she sits there and says it comes and goes all day, it seems to be getting worse. Also gets dizzy like she is drunk, and always has gurgling in her stomach, it turns and moves around in there. I don't know what to do for her. Please help me!

Your daughter should visit her physician!
These symptoms are vague and can be due to different causes, but, they warrant medical attention.
She needs to be checked for inner ear problems, that may lead to dizziness and nausea.
The presence of gurgling stomach along with these symptoms, indicates that the problem is more obviously located in gastrointestinal tract,
She may have stomach problems, or food intolerance when the food isn't properly digested causing the gurgling and the other symptoms.
Its good to get checked for hormones and blood sugar level.
Also, it is very important to be checked for carcinoid syndrome.
