One minute I hate my life and I'm pissed off at everything and extremely irritable and depressed.... a couple of hours later, I'm fine. It seems that this happens constantly.... an endless cycle of depression and normalcy that happens several times a day. I really try to stay calm, but it seems to be impossible. What more can I do?

Maybe you need medication that will help your moods. It is very possible that you are just having a bad week. I think you should tell your doctor or therapist how you are feeling, and what you are going through.
