constant itching / swolen groin lymph nodes

Hi

I have had what i think to be swollen lymph nodes (about a baked bean size) on either side of my groin for a couple of months now, i have also developed an itch which began on my legs about a month ago and is now spreading to my stomach and chest. the itch has only got worse and the rash is beginning to become obvious.

i did not se a doctor about the swollen lymph nodes because i did not have any other sympton's that are associated with lymphoma but now this unexplainable itch has developed and i have lost some weight.

would you advise going too get some tests done??
