Recently, I have been having constant heartburn and indigestion. One time, after dinner, I felt my chest (gastric) area was very tight and I felt like I wanted to throw up. I ended up burping and belching. The next day, I took Gaviscon. It helped me to stop feeling like I wanted to throw up and my chest (gastric) area felt less tight, but I still kept burping and belching. Sometimes, I want to burp and belch, but can't let it out. I didn't eat anything for fear that I would throw up. The next day, I ate apple and jelly and it was ok. So when it came to dinner, I ate spicy noodles, not knowing that it was spicry until I ate it and then I started feeling tight again and feeling like I wanted to throw up. The next day, I went to see the doctor and he told me that I have a gastric problem. He gave me 2 medicines, one to eat 3 times a day for 1 week and 1 to eat once a day for 1 month and he told me that I would be better, but my stomach started to make noises all the time regardless of wehether I have eaten or not. I also don't know what to eat, so have been eating oats with pieces of fish in it. My gastric area still feels tight, but I stop feeling like I want to throw up. If I try eating other things or more, I will feel like I want to throw up. The medicine hasn't worked. I just don't know what to do. I have lost weight from not eating properly. PLEASE HELP!
