I constantly have head aches. i am 16 years old, and i admit i probably don't drink enough fluids but that has never caused me a problem in the pass. i have suffered with back problems before but they calmed down about 5 years ago. However over the past 4 or 5 months I've been receiving constant headaches and quiet often feel dizzy and tired even with lots of sleep. also, my pains in my back have started again. i take tablets for my head with help, but not very often. when i ovulate, these symptoms become a lot worse. the last time i went to the options they said i did not need to wear glasses so what could be he problem?

Extremely eHealthy
Chronic headaches, feeling tired despite the rest, easily becoming dizzy, chest pains, irritability, pale skin, cold hands and feet, increased heart rate, are all symptoms of anemia (condition when having a lower than normal number of red blood cells in the blood or the red blood cells in the blood don’t have enough hemoglobin).
These symptoms can be due to hypothyroidism, too.
