I havent posted before, but I have been having problems with headaches for the past year. Im 18.
The headache is generally dull and I can ignore it but sometmes it gets worse, and it at the back of my head on the left but sometimes the right aswell.
I went to my doctor and she said she thinks it is from neck tension and stuff, but I try to do things to help reduce that tension and I dont really have any neck or back problems.

The headache seems to be there 24/7 or atleast ont he edge of having a headache. Im really scared that it is some kind of headache that will last my whole life and I get anxious about it as nobody really believes me so I just stay quiet.
Do anybody have any help? Will I have to suffer this forver?
I sound like a total hypocondriac I know but Im really not, I just have read some scary stuff googling my headaches on the net...

hi, with ongoing headaches you would have to consider various things, my first point of reference would be skelletal or muscles. It may be worth visiting an osteopath.i would be concerned if i had a constant headache and fed up as it would be tiring.hormones and dehydration also anohter thought. all the best, good on you for doing something about it. our bodies have a way of saying when somethign isnt right, and it can be so simple.
