My husband has been suffering from constant pressure and pain in his head for over 3 years now. Recently the front of his neck (throat area) has become tender to the touch and his throat feels sore. He also has a pain at the base of his neck. He keeps getting these sensations where he feels really hot and then really cold. Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be??

Head pain for 3 years is a long time. Now his problems are now also in his neck.
His problems need to be evaluated promptly by his family doctor/neurologist/orthopedist. The diagnosis will be made on the basis of their examinations and testing.
