constant hair loss leading to baldness

i am suffering through constant hair loss.
last year in november i was scheduled to undergo operation for wisdom tooth removal so was given antibiotics for a week. but the operation did not take place since i was diagnosed with sinus.
so in December i went through sinus operation and had to take antibiotics.
then in january i met with an accident and again took antibiotics.
due to intake of great dose of antibiotics i got allergic and hyperthermic.
i went for homopaethic treatment for 4 months and over the time my allergy and hyperthermia is under control.
2 months ago in may 2012 i noticed great hair loss.
i am an engineering student and my life is a bit hectic and stressful living in hostel.
but stress cant be factor since i am a joyful person.
the hair have substantially fallen from over the forehead and i notice small bald patches.
can you please help me out with this.
