For the last week, I have been having severe gas...and feeling bloated. I am not constipated since i can have a few BMs a day..but it seems right after i have one I get a build up of gas and my stomach starts to hurt. I was taking Super colon cleanse (the company is health plus inc) and it really helped me to decrease my gas and bloating and I would feel completely empty, but I could still have BMs even when I would break from it. So far it is the only thing that has helped with my gas and bloating but for the past week I have not taken it at all and now I am constantly gassy and uncomfortable. I have tried metamucil but it just makes me gassy as well as fiberrific which seems to increase my gas. What could cause this gas, it is beginning to be a nuisance. But about the bleeding it does not happen often maybe a couple times a month. Plus because my gas is so uncomfortable I have a hard time working because it just drives me nuts and I feel so bloated all the time. Please Help!!
