I feel constantly tired, down alot of the time and keep getting almost daily sore heads around my forehead and front/top of my head.

I could be totally wrong but could it be something like anemia?

Im a 24 year old female vegetarian and feel my skin is quite pale too.

Regards,

Suzanne

Since you are vegetarian and if you don't take vitamin B12 supplements, you may have anemia.
Feeling fatigue, easily getting dizzy when changing positions, pale skin, feeling cold, especially extremities, frequent headaches, low blood pressure and increased heart rate are all symptoms of anemia.

Get a regular blood tests as soon as possible!

Yes you might be anaemic, go and speak to your doctor. If you are, he or she will probably prescribe you iron tablets.
I am anaemia and I had exactly the same symptoms as yours, fainting a lot, getting headaches and feeling completely shattered all the time. I am 20, female and also vegetarian.
