I didn't think anything was abnormal about this until a friend mentioned it to me... she said it might be a vitamin defficiency or something.

I notice that everytime after I eat or exercise all I want to do after is take a nap and sleep. And I've noticed that it happens everytime. What is wrong with me? Like today I went to the mall for a couple of hours, got home and slept for two and a half hours. I just woke up. And it's not like I'm not sleeping enough during the night. I usually sleep in for like 10-12hrs

I've also been having this weird cough that doesn't go away. It's not flemmy or anything. It's dry and weak and it kinda sounds like a smoker's cough but I don't smoke. It's on and off constantly and this one's been happening for months now. I don't have a cold or anything. My friends and family said that it isn't normal.

Have you been tested for sleep apnea. Most that have this disorder have these same symtoms. They only think they sleep that long. When in reality they are only getting half of that at most. What happens is that you actually stop breathing for a few seconds and the oxygen to the brain is slowed down. This is what makes you so tired in the morning after you thought you've had a good night sleep. Do you snore? Your throat is most dry during sleep. You might want to mention this to your doctor so a conclusive diagnosis can be made for you.

I wish you the besst
