constant dizzy feeling
Posted: 09-18-08 09:57am

I have been feeling dizzie for the past week, when I would wake up in the morning. I know i am not pregnet. I have tried allergie medication which sometimes help but not always. It is now getting to the point that i would start felling dizzie through out the day, even when I am just sitting down not doing anything. Does anyone have advice?

Thank you.

I have the same problem..i'll get really random dizzy spells so bad that i'll start feeling nauseated..though i only get these attacks once every few months..its strange...i went to the Dr. about it and go absolutely no help...just make sure you are staying well hydrated and eating appropriately so you can rule out dehydration and blood sugar problems...other than that idk what to tell you bc the doc didn't give me much help either :/ she did say it could be vertigo, but my attacks are so few and far between that that was kind of ruled out...maybe thats a possibility for you though, and they do have medications for that

My first thought was dehydration as well. Are you on any kinds of medication?

You can also go to an ENT and see if you have any kind of allergies that might be offsetting your balance.
