Ok, hears where it all began...

About 4-5 years ago I was working in the hospitality industry & loving it.

After working at this particular establishment for 3 months I was struck down with a serious case of dizziness.

Now to do give you some further background - I would occasionally suffer from a week of this same sensation which would just dissappear... no medication was issued/used & was advised by doctors to "go home and rest in bed" which I did. The doctor's seemed to think that it was caused from 'going to hard' (to much work/play, not enough rest).

When this final case happened (4-5 years ago) I simply put it down to the aforementioned - just one week of diziness that will simply go away.

Well, 4-5 years down the track it hasn't cleared up and my fiance and I are scratching our heads (along with several doctors/specialists).

We want to start our lives together; buy a house & start a family, but with this hanging over our heads it is not likely anytime soon.

I am on my final tether - I have no idea what to do & would hate to think (although I am begining to) that I will be like this for the rest of my life (Yay...) Sad

I am sorry for the long winded novel - I just want people to know/understand exactly what I am going through.

Any help/feed back.discussion would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Please also let me know if there is anything further that I can clarify on - trust me - there is more to report on then what has been doumented above.

Thanks in advance, Simon

re constant dizziness
Has anyone mentioned meniere's disease..Please look this up..Could be a possibility..

Best of luck getting a diagnosis..Sometimes just getting an answer helps..At least then you can move forward knowing what you are dealing with..

Try manual lymphatic drainage, it washes your blood from toxins that develop which slow down circulation in the veins. I have had chronic fatigue and dizziness for almost a year now. Im 22 yrs old, I had to withdraw from school. I lost my job, my apt...everything i was going for. Everyone thinks im a hypocondriac...I know what your going through....IT SUX the life source out of you...now im trying to get myself back up by saving up money to go back to school....Good luck
