Extremely eHealthy
Your natural cervical mucus discharge should change throughout your cycle in both color, wetness and stretchyness. This discharge is controlled by your hormones and are responsible for keeping germs and bacteria out of the uterus while allowing sperm inside.

Color: creamy to transparent
Wetness: dry, sticky and wet
Stretchyness: Sticky to egg-white like

Your discharge should not be smelly and should not have chunks in it. It should not make you sore, red, burning or itching.

A different discharge is most likely an infection of some sort.
