Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!
Due to some traumatic incident in the past or depression you have developed fear of meeting people or fear of social interaction. There is also a chance that you are low on self esteem. It is difficult to determine the cause for your anxiety and fear on net. This would need several sessions between you and a doctor, maybe a psychiatrist. You appear to be having some internal conflicts in your mind and hence a feeling of déjà vu.
One method is to go for cognitive behavioral therapy. This helps you to analyze the cause of your anxiety and teaches you to alter your thinking process. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is another option that helps take care of unconscious mental conflicts raging in you.
Take up yoga, deep breathing exercise, walking and remain strong and determined in your effort to do away with this habit. Drink plenty of fluids and water (not caffeine), eat fresh fruits and vegetables and keep yourself busy throughout the day. You need to discuss this with your doctor and get help from a psychiatrist to overcome anxiety. Hope this helps. Take care!
