My four and a half year son has started last march with taking deep breathes non stop. We took him to the hospital and they said he has asthma. He now sees a asthma and allergy specialist and they tested him for allergies. He is allergic to maple trees oak trees and timothy grass . They said the pollen that comes off of them trees. They gave him a nebulizer and inhaler but said he only needed to do it during the time of the year when its bad. He still takes deep breathes even after he has his inhaler?? This all started last year after his father and I split. I don't know what else it could possibly be. He says it feels like there is a stick in his throat and thats why he takes deep breathes. The asthma and allergy doc said it could be behavioral and maybe anxiety. Should I be worrying about this, what could this possibly be?
