I am 18 years old girl and i am suffering from breathing difficulties. It is hard for me to breathe especially when i want to sleep. No matter in college or at home, i always hard to breathe. I will only feel calm when I am doing something. May I know what is happening to me and how to cure it?? I dont know whether is this related to heart disease or not, but I hope it is not... thank you very much for your advise...

There could be many causes for shortness of breath, including asthma, lung diseases, heart failure, or panic attacks. You should see your doctor for a physical exam and possibly some tests.
