Q: Constant breast pain

Hi all, i have a question. Why do my boobs always hurt???? About 6 months ago a doctor said i had inflammation of the ribs, the pain of that went away but now my boobs are hurting me. I have had a breast check from my gp and he says there are no lumps. My ribs also hurt around my chest. Does anyone think that the inflamation of my ribs could be causing this pain????
