I'm a 24 year old male and a little overweigh(BMI 28.5). I'm also fairly active. I've had chest pains localised on the left side for over a year and decided to get it checked out. Also feels like it gurgling sometimes. Did an ECG that diagnosed inferior wall infarction and left fascicular block. It got me really worried and i did another in a week that was perfectly normal. Also did an xray that was normal, also saw a cardiologist who said i was ok. My resting heart rate is about 56 which also gives me concern. I'm still able to work out for an hour thrice a week without problems. Please what could this mean? especially with the 56 heart rate, heard anything below 60 is trouble? Thanks all
