i've had slight hemorrhoids for awhile now but i woke up the other day with a lump on the anus. its now very painful, just uncomfortable. i rode my bike to work and back the next day and its it seems like i must've ruptured it. anytime i check for blood there is a decent amount. its more of a seeping kind of bleeding. this has been going on for two days now. ive had the hemorrhoid for about four to five days now. also once when wiping after using the restroom there was what seemed like a blood clot on the paper. it may have just been feces but its looked like congealed blood. ive been treating myself with witch hazel wipes, prep H suppositories in the morning and at night and using the cream during the day. i didnt buy the hydrocortisone kind cause it didnt say for hemorrhoids anywhere on it. the blood is starting to scare me. i havent gone to a doctor yet cause i dont have money or insurance and i live in nyc where hospitals are a worst nightmare. thanks for any response
