abdominal pain and red blood in soft stool...abdominal pain is worse when i walk and can be sever enough to make me want to just bow over..like a consipated and cramping feeling. the abdominal pain and blood in the stool started at same time.

Blood in the stool and severe crampy abdominal pain, associated with nausea, are some ‎‎symptoms that indicate conditions like ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, Dysentery, hemorrhoids, ‎‎Ano-rectal tears, etc. ‎

You might consult with your doctor for a physical examination, as well as a few tests including a stool analysis, which will help in proper diagnosis and treatment.
