as of last year i was found to be born with no spleen. for around ten years i have back pain on the left side. this has progressivally gotten worse to the point i am unable to move with it. i went to the doctor and got xrays. they say everything is fine but i have aa abnormally long rib cage. at the bottom of my ribs on the left hand side i have a strange lump which pretrudes sometimes and is rock hard and very tender some times. i am now on diclofenic and diazipan for the pain. do u know anything more about my condition? melissa
