i have one rep bump on the left side of my testicles. i just popped it and white stuff came out. i have been reading forums online and im concerned and confused weather it is herpies or just a pimple. it does not hurt or itch at the moment. do i have herpies?

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Herpetic lesions do not appear as a single bump, on the scrotum. They usually present as multiple painful ulcers on the glans penis.

The description of the bump, indicates it to be a infected sebaceous cyst or a folliculitis.

You might consult with your doctor for a examination and prescription of antibiotics to treat the infection.
