My wife returned from vacation on 22nd May. we had sex on 22nd and have been having sex till, yesterday,7/6/9. i have been using condoms most of the times. only thrice i was without any protection. Her LMP was during 9-14May.
on 7 June, she vomitted and firmly believes she is pregnant.
Please advise, in this case, if she would have conceived from me as she has been with me only from 22nd May(night) till yesterday. she wasnt with me for 8 days(15May - 22nd May) after her LMP.

Please do help me clear this doubt of whether my wife would have concieved from me within these 17 days(22May - 7 June). also, if she concieved from me, will she show signs of pregnancy so soon (less than 3 weeks) ?

With a LMP dating May 9 she would have been most fertile on May 22. There is a 3 door window right there. That is if your wife is on a 28 day cycle? To answer would be be showing signs? Yes, the body can be preparing for pregnancy. Different women are symptomatic to different things.

You both can go get a Home Pregnancy Test. It would show now.
