confused about eating cucumber
On some websites it says that cucumber will increase my pH as needed because now I am at 5.5 reading. And I believed that increasing my pH would lower my uric acid level ? am i correct ? But on another website it says to absolutely stay away from cucumber if you have a gout attack. I am confused ... thanks. steven from bangkok.
