Q: Conflicting pregnancy test results ?

i took a preg test on the 14 of april n it came up positive , then later on that i took another preg test and it came up neg.. glance my period is a week late ...

if you take a pregnancy test with your "morning urine" you will get a more accurate result. i dont know when you took the second test or what time of day you took them, but that sometimes i think can make a difference. usually you can get false negatives but false positives i doubt. because that means it detected the pregnancy hormone in your urine. i think negatives are more common to be inaccurate as positives.

It is possible to have a false positive test result. Take another one in the morning when you get up. You can always make an appt with the doc and have a blood test done. Are you on b/c or anything?

thanks ... and no im not on birth control i tried taking it a few years ago and i ended up preg and had a miacareage ...i took a test another test today and it came up positive .. im going to get a blood test done today and im going to dr on the 30
