Q: Condom fell off into vagina

Today, my boyfriend and I were having intercourse. And I reached down to check if the condom was still on during the sex, but I realized it wasn't there, but as I got off of him, he came. It got on my butt and my legs, I'm not sure if it actually touched my vagina, or went inside.
However, the condom was inside me, and I knew for a fact that the condom has pre-ejaculate inside it.

Could I be pregnant?

Not yet.

If you're worried then I suggest you take Plan B. It's a two dose pill that you take in a last attempt to prevent pregnancy. You have up to 120 hours after sex, but its best taken within 72 hours.
