my boyfriend and i had sex a little bit ago. and the condom broke. he pulled out as soon as he noticed [not even a minute to putting it back in] and he didn't ejaculate. i'm on yaz and i haven't missed an entire day. but sometimes i miss my pill by, like, 30-45min. i'm supposed to get my period in five days [and i basically had sex about three hours ago Wink] but my boyfriend and i are having panic attacks. i have no way of getting ec [i'm 14]. and it's too early for preg tests [duh]. even so, i can't get them when i need them.

plus, my friend that was in almost the same situation is due to have her little baby girl in a month. and that really doesn't help my stress.

how big of a chance do i have of getting preg?

Low. How long ago did you have sex? If you feel more comfortable, you can go get Plan B. But you more than likely ARE NOT pregnant because of your pill useage. I doubt your 'friend' is in the exact situation you are in. It is rare to get pregnant on the pill - unless you are taking it incorrectly. Although a lot of people say they got pregnant on the pill.

well, i had sex yesterday. but, i've heard that you have to be 18 to get plan b. i'm only 14 and i think my mom would flip if i asked her for it.

and another question, if i am pregnant will i get my period in five days? or does pregnancy not effect my period until the next round.

When you are on birth control, you don't ovulate. That is how you are protected from pregnancy. In addition to that, your boyfriend did not ejaculate in you. If you add BOTH those things together - you aren't ovulating and there was no sperm inside your vagina, then that would mean NO PREGNANCY.

Further, if your period is due in 5 days, even if you were not on the pill, it would be an unlikely time of the month to be ovulating (women usually ovulate 14 days before their period, not 5 or 6 days before).

You have access to birth control pills but not plan b? You get plan b at the pharmacy or planned parenthood and you don't have to be 18. Plan B is birth control.

Well, I got up the courage to tell my mom, and she called my doctor. Funny thing, he said the SAME THING you did! Thank you so much.

I feel so much better now!
