My boyfriend and I were having sex and the condom broke within the first 5 seconds. I know there is still a possibility but he said there was no precum and he pulled out right away. My menstrual cycle also just ended yesterday. I do not want to take the plan B if the chance of pregnancy is highly unlikely. I know there is always a small chance but in this case is it a significant one?

If you have normal regular cycles that are not very short (less than 25 days), the chances are very very small that you would have been fertile. And he did not ejaculate but stop.

So the chances are almost non-existent.
