Hi my friend met with a bus accident at the back of her head 4 days back when we hospitalized her doctor after examining informed us that she has concussion. Doctor informed us that scan was perfectly ok and she will be fine to normalcy within 3-4 weeks. She is interacting with family people as she normally do in her normal life but sometimes when she sleeps and wakes up she goes into the time after the accident and she does not recognize us and says that she wants to go to her house when we try to console her that this is your own house she gets a bit violent. Her family is really worried about that why she is behaving that way.
I do think after the accident she got afraid of something and just wanted to go home because of which she may be behaving that way. Please suggest us whether is it normal for her to behave in such a manner in concussion. How much time will it take for her to recover, what we should normally do and don�t do things. Once she is out of concussion completely she will be alright perfectly or she will forget things in future as well.
