Concerta and possibly pregnant

I am 28 years old and have been on 72mg of Concerta (12 hour release Ritalin) for 3 years and it is impossible to sleep until it wears off. Recently (past week), I have been so tired that I am falling asleep during the day, while on Concerta.
Also, I am having symptoms of sharp abdominal pains, lower back pain, dizziness, confusion, breasts and nipples are very sensitive, loss of appetite, and very low energy.
In addition to all of this, I have low blood pressure and high pulse (95/61 & 96 pulse and 86/71 with 86 pulse), which has never happened with me before.
I have been on Aviane and stopped taking it after my last period, which was very light and lasted for 10 days (Aug 7 -17th). 10 days after my period, my husband and I did have unprotected sex. Now I am supposed to get my period in a week.
It has been 11 days since I had sex and it is too early for a test. I have never been pregnant before so I don't know what to look for symptom-wise. The fact that I am falling asleep on concerta, very low blood pressure, with all these other symptoms, has me concerned.
I am kind of hoping it is pregnancy, because all the other conditions are scaring me, i.e. heart attack, spinal infection, etc.
