Q: concerned I am pregnant

I have an IUD and have had it for 8 months, but my breast are extremely sore and I have been sleeping so much lately. I already have 3 children that came without any trying hardly. I have spotted at least once to twice over the last 2 weeks. should I even worry or just let it go?

I had the IUD for 2 and 1/2 years. It made me feel pregnant. The doctors say they are about as effective as getting your tubes tied.. I wouldn't worry!
