Q: Conception without penetration
asked by: DoctorQuestion on January 13th, 2009
Sunday night I was with my boyfriend, I gave him a hand job and semen got on my hand. 2-5 minutes later I got up and washed my hands in fairly warm water and with a lot of soap. I can't remember if I towel dried but I think I did. Then I peed and wiped with the hand that had had semen on it. My hand touched the top part of my vagina, near my clitoris. I freaked out and took some more toliet paper, put soap and water on it and washed the area. My question is could I be pregnant from that?

The semen has to reach the cervix for conception to occur. The cervical environment is not good for the semen, so they have very little time to leave the vagina and enter the uterus and the uterine tubes.

Having this fact in mind, as well as the fact that you have already washed your hands leaving no visible semen reduces the chances for conception to zero.
