even though the penis never enters the cervix? the only reason I'm asking is because me and my boyfriend were messing around and he only rubbed his genitalia against mine...the head only touched the out side of the cervix. but he did not ejaculate.... but there was pre-cum.....O.o im really scared because we didn't use a condom....

Hi. Yes. It is possible to become pregnant if any part of the reproductive parts touch. It is a little likely that you are not pregnant but i would wait a couple weeks and take a test. Precum is still come. If you dont want a baby, USE A COMDOM
