Conception with unicornulate uterus ?

dear doctor... i had a laparascopy and found that i have a unicornulate uterus, my left tubes did not develop and my right tubes are very narrow.. the doctors do not want to surgically fix the tube. wat are my chances of evr falling pregnant and carrying a full term baby... i have tried one round of clomid with no luck.. please give me some advice

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Most women with unicornuate uterus do conceive. However chances of pregnancy loss, malpresentation and premature birth are high. Also the woman can try only in alternate months. Hence it is important to know when you are ovulating.

If you want to conceive, my sincere advice would be to do so under the guidance of a gynecologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
